With the Fleet collective, she is developing a new working framework for tech talents: a collective built by freelancers for freelancers, a decentralized organization allowing each contributor to be remunerated according to his investment, and companies to immediately find the talents they need, certified by the blockchain, without complications or long search. A solution to face the shortage of talents or the lack of diversity in the tech industry but also a new way of working more free and fulfilling for everyone.
