Entrepreneurship - Conference

Why do communities and organizations end up leaving in c*******?

Conference in French

Whether it's in an association, at work, with friends or even with family, it is very likely that you have already found yourself in one of these situations:
- "it talks, it talks, but it does nothing
- I can't stand this person who plays at being the boss".
- I don't understand what I'm doing here, I feel useless
- It was better before

An organization is a group of people who work together to achieve a specific goal. As a rule, when you are part of an organization, you have come to it freely. Once you're in, you can find yourself in situations that range from mildly awkward to downright abusive. And soon a quote from a modern philosopher pops into your mind: "I didn't come here to suffer, okay?

But what happened between that moment when you were happily entering an organization and the bitter realization that it was not ideal?

Rest assured, you have in fact experienced something very common. By building organizations in the classic way without taking into account the individuals who compose it, we tend to reproduce the same mistakes and to maintain, involuntarily (fortunately!), sufferings.
This intervention aims to open our minds, to identify the complexity of the workings of organizations and to create new models!
