From research to production: how to design and sell AI-based products. What are the impacts on organisations?
This is a case study about digital onboarding within the financial services sector. This talk will discuss what goes into AI products, and outline what data product management is. Lastly, it will touch on a few industry do’s and don’ts, such as: using the client’s needs’ as a starting point for your work; implementing repeatable processes for success; making your organisation production-focused (rather than research-focused); and, recognising the importance of (and ethical questions around) piloting and testing initiatives to avoid black box situations.
