Ethical design: possible mission
Designers and more generally digital professionals are now asking themselves questions about the ethics of design. What is ethical design? What does this mean in practice and what are the challenges for companies between the empowerment of designers and the evolution of business models with a mission? Starting from the example of SNCF, a public service company, the discussion will address both the meaning and value that can be given to ethical design and the concrete applications that you can implement (assets, tools and measurement criteria). The discussions will cover the concepts of lean design, inclusive design and non-intrusive design.
