La Cantine Nantes is organizing a competition as part of its "WEB2DAY 2023" event.

La Cantine Nantes is hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer", and the visitor to the show as "the Participant".

This competition is open to all individuals taking part in WEB2DAY 2023 and participation is unique.

Employees of La Cantine Nantes, volunteers and WEB2DAY 2023 staff are not eligible to take part in the competition. 

• Thursday, June 1, 5:30 pm to 10 pm

4.1. How to participate

Participation in the competition is reserved exclusively for visitors to WEB2DAY 2023.

From 5.30pm to 10pm on Thursday June 1, participants will collect an entry form and search for the 13 constellations hidden in the WEB2DAY 2023 village. 

They will have to indicate the location of the constellations on the ballot by linking them, and then enter their contact details to take part in the competition. Once the 13 constellations have been found, they will deposit the ballot in the organizer's ballot box. 

4.2 Guarantees and responsibilities regarding the validity of contests

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify a contest if it does not proceed as agreed in these rules: fraud, virus, technical problem or other cause beyond the control of the Organizer.

Any incomplete or erroneous entry will be rejected without any liability on the part of the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right not to validate or to exclude from the contest any Participant who does not respect the conditions of these rules.

4.3. How winnings are awarded

To organize the draw, the organizer will check the complete entries on the morning of Friday June 2. To ensure the neutrality of the game, the organizer will ask a person from outside the organization to draw the winning ballot.

4.4. Announcement of Draw Winners

The winner will be contacted by email and telephone on Friday June 2.

5.1. The batch

The winner will receive a lunch for two worth 190 euros at Le Lulu Rouget restaurant in Nantes.

5.2. Delivery of prizes

The validity of the Winner's registration will be verified by the Organizer before confirmation of the result. If the information provided is erroneous or incomplete, the Organizer will offer the Winner the opportunity to rectify or complete his/her registration. Failing this, the Winner will lose the benefit of his/her prize, which will then either be awarded to the next winner on the results list, or put back into play in a future contest.

Once the Winner has been duly confirmed by the Organizer, the latter will proceed with the immediate delivery of the prize.

It is specified that in the event that the Winner is not present when the results are announced and the prizes awarded, the Organizer reserves the right to put the prize back into play, either by designating the next winner on the results list, or during a future contest.

The prize in the form of a gift voucher will be sent by email by the Organizer.

WEB2DAY 2023 is a festival for digital professionals, organized from May 31 to June 2, 2023 by La Cantine Nantes. Your data will be collected and processed by the Organizer La Cantine Nantes.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, and with the European Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify and delete any data concerning you by sending a request by email to: contact@lacantine.co.

In the event of any difficulty in the application of the standard contest rules, the parties undertake to seek all possible amicable solutions.

Failing this, the Nantes Administrative Court will have jurisdiction.
